Our current order processing time is between 8-12 business days, and your order will ship out after processing. Delivery details will be provided once your order ships.
We currently offfer $8 flat rate shipping through USPS. As shipping prices fluctuate we may use a different carrier in the future in order to better acommodate our customers.
In the candle world we call that 'frosting' and it's a by-product of all-natural soy waxes that is more visible in our colored candle and melt offerings. The crystals don't affect candle use or scent performance, just light it as you would normally!
There are QR codes that link to the care and usage instructions for all of our products on the back of the 'Thank You' card shipped with your order. If you misplace the card and need to view these at a later date, they are linked at the bottom of the site under 'Care & Usage Instructions'.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We always aim to make sure our customers love their products, but if you need to return an item we're happy to help as long as it hasn't been more than 14 days since you received your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Please let us know if your items arrived to you damaged.
Once we recieve and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days after approval to be fully processed and credited back to you.
We will only exchange an item if it arrived to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can ship your replacement item.
